Sexual Misconduct 和 Violence
As a member of the UNH community, there are various options for you to consider if you are faced with issues of sexual misconduct or violence. If you are interested in directly reporting an issue of this nature you should complete an 事故报告表. This form can be completed anonymously if you wish, however this may limit one's access to resources 和 support. M和atory reporters at UNH are required to report any instances of sexual misconduct. These include: all UNH staff, 教师, 大厅董事, 教练, 驻地助理(RAs), 社区助理员, 助教(助教), 研究助理, Graduate 和 Undergraduate Student Senate Executive Leaders (when conducting work for the Student Senate) 和 UNH Manchester Peer Assistant Leaders (PALs) 和 Mentor Ambassadors for Transfer Engagement (MATEs).
However, you also have access to numerous confidential resources on campus. Being a confidential resource means that those involved in matters regarding sexual misconduct 和 Title IX have the opportunity to seek medical treatment, 建议, or counseling without triggering a police or university investigation, or student conduct proceeding. The university houses four confidential resources on campus which include the: Sexual Harassment 和 Rape Prevention Program (SHARPP), Psychological 和 Counseling Services (政治行动委员会), 健康 & 健康, 博雷加德中心.
